Last weekend was supposed to be the first round of the Alpine Bikes Winter series held at Innerliethen in the Scottish Borders. Unfortunatly on Saturday morning one of the marshalls unexpectedly collapsed and passed away. SPS events have released a statement about the incident which can be found in full here;SPS Statement
During this time I would ask you to spare a moment to think about the family and friends. I would also like to commend the way in which the sad news was haddled by all at the weekend, especially the organisers.
