There's going to be a Stephen Murray benefit gig at the Marrs Bar, Worcester on the 29th December.
There will be a 2 band line up consisting of Chris Aliano & Dry Ice.
Chris was until recently a solo artist who has had a really good year playing at festivals around the country and also over in spain at the Benicassim festival. This will be the one of the first shows from Chris with his band. It promisis to be a must see for fans of his music giving it new found depth and a more electric vibe. www.myspace.com/chrisaliano
The Second band are The Voices, The Voices are a rock n roll band from the Midlands. They write all sorts of tunes, from in-your-face ‘pop gems’ to ‘haunting’ slow movers. Last year they played the summer in Brum, from the Sunflower lounge to the Barfly. All proceeds from the event will be going to the Stephen Murray Family fund. Stephen was a professional BMX rider and sustained career ending injuries and the foundation has be set up to help provide for him and his family.
