Round 1 is all over and first reports sound positive! I managed to get a few updates from Justin by text over the weekend...

"Track is steep and tight as fresh meat up top with big loose rocks in the turns. Emyr Davies KO'd himself in practice and can't remember a thing! Big jumps and fast bus stops middle to bottom. Uplift went tits up this morning but is sorted now!... Fair play that Kovarik isn't slow is he?"
